Just Pick Privacy Policy

CodeNVision ("we") provides the mobile app "Just Pick" (Korean "정해줘", Japanese "きめて！", the "App"). The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not directly collect your name, email address or phone number.

Advertising ID, device information (model, OS version, language), IP address, ad interactions — collected by Google AdMob, for showing ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud, and personalized ads where you have consented

App usage events (which tool was used, results shown, replay, share, app shortcut use), device information — collected by Google Firebase Analytics, for understanding how the App is used and improving it

Wheel items, ladder names and results, pick lists, result history, saved lists and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. The items, names and results you enter are not included in usage statistics.

We use services from Google LLC (AdMob, Firebase), which collect and process the data above. See the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

This data may be transferred to and stored on Google servers in the United States over encrypted connections.

Data on your device is deleted when you clear it in the App or uninstall the App. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's retention policies (Firebase Analytics: up to 14 months).

The App does not ask for location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access. Motion sensor readings used for "Shake to spin" are processed on the device only and are never stored or sent. A result image is passed to another app only when you choose to share it, and only to the app you pick.

Users in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and some US states can change their consent at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices in the App.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not hold any personal data that identifies you, so there is nothing for us to access or delete. You can delete the data on your device in the App or by uninstalling it, and manage the advertising and analytics data collected by Google by resetting or deleting your advertising ID as described above and through your ad privacy choices. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

All transmissions use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We do not operate our own database of personal information.
